Epoxy Injection Grouting is widely used method for repairing cracks in concrete structures. It has a property of quick setting, very low shrinkage rate, excellent adhesion, high strength and low viscosity. The use of epoxy grouting is based on the type of crack, width and depth of crack in concrete structures.
Polyurethane (PU) Injection Grouting have also become popular and is considered as the most effective way to inhibit the heavy water leakages through joints or cracks. It is present in many formulations which are very versatile to repair the concrete structures.
These grouts are injected with very high pressure into pre-drilled hole through non-returnable packers. Then, it helps to fill the voids/crack present in the concrete structures.
